MEET OUR FOUNDER

Leadership shaped by lived family experience

I started EAC at the beginning of 2025 after seeing the difference respectful support workers made in my brothers’ lives. Both were diagnosed with cerebral palsy at birth, and their support workers helped them build independence, work towards goals and take part in everyday life with confidence.

That experience shapes how I lead EAC. I want to build a team that listens carefully, respects each client’s choices and understands that reliable support grows from genuine relationships. We bring practical thinking, care and a positive attitude to every client and family we work with.

HOW WE WORK

How we work together

Our team uses the same practical principles to build respectful, reliable support around each client.

We listen first

We start by listening to each client and the people who know them well. That helps us understand preferences, routines and what makes support feel respectful.

We build trust

We build genuine, positive relationships through consistency, clear communication and reliable follow-through.

We focus on individual goals

We support confidence, skills and goals that matter to each client, without imposing a one-size-fits-all approach.

OUR SUPPORT TEAM

Meet our support team

Each support worker brings a distinct perspective and a shared commitment to listening, building trust and supporting individual goals.

I focus on listening, understanding what matters to each person and offering practical encouragement towards their goals. Outside work, I enjoy daily walks, Pilates and cooking, which help me bring positive energy and a grounded approach to the support relationships I build.
